OK baseball gophers.. here is the 2012 World Series which will start tomorrow with the American League Champions, Detroit Tigers to visit the National League Champions San Francisco Giants.. who will win this year?? I think Detroit might have a good chance but will see how they do after a long layoff.. what will SF do after winning a marathon National League championship series with Game 7 last night that was rained on good near the end?!?!? LOL I think Det win in 5 or 6 games.. GO TIGERS GO!!

It's pretty cool to see a series with 2 historic teams like this. Looks to me (on paper) like Detroit should dominate this series and win in 5. But if SF keeps hitting things could change in a hurry. It's not a series I would make any wagers on. :lol: Just going to kick back and watch.
 
Update:

SF Giants are 2 games to 0 on Det Tigers after winning both Game 1 and 2 at home.. can Det bounce back tonite or will it be closer to be over soon? Hope the Tigers get back in!!!
 
Hopefully Tigers will win. If Giants sweep Tigers, we won't get to see Verlander pitch again. We get him in Game 5. Go Tigers!!!
 
I have BELIEVED in S.F. Giants all year!
Hopefully they continue to dominate.
With Panda, Scutaro and Giants pitching we are looking good.
Whole family together to watch them win!!!

tomorrow is one exciting pitching match up too. Cain vs Scherzer....I want the Giants to win but I hope Detroit gives them a good game!

I definitely want the Giants to win but it would be extra nice to win at home with their loyal fans!!! I can't wait for the game!!!

San Francisco Giants Timmy Lincecum pitches a no hitter. 19 runs in two days. Not giving up yet. If their pitching and hitting continue like this they have a great chance of going all the way again. Yes!!!!

He has been having a bad year this year. Good that he pitched a no hitter. I don't care about the Giants, but I hope that no hitter will turn around Lincecum's season.
