Unless you want to pay to learn new phrases in sign language on the app, then you should go online because that's usually completely free. If you get an app, I suggest Marlee Signs. If you go online, I suggest ASL Pro. I hope this helps

That might have been it. My parents talked to the board multiple times before the petition, but when they spoke to them the last time over this subject, over 100 band kids had signed and showed the petition.
