Yes that's exactly what I have , I did find exploding head syndrome in Google a while back , it does come to me mid day too as well and for some reason it seems to associate with stress/anger ‍♀️ Never met Anyone who had it before

Yeah totally relate to the people thinking Iam faking because I used to be able to lip-read , not actually thinking Iam faking just being completely either insensitive about it or not including me in anything because they don't to bother with me , I hope it gets better for all of us

Well it depends , you could be single but have a great support system like family and friends and all and you can be totally lonely in a relationship So I can't totally agree ,but I can imagine that having a great partner who understands you is a very good thing in these uncertain times
