Young girl special bond with service dog

I have seen one of these dogs in training at a grocery store and was the dog was huge and very well behave.
 
:ty: for posting, my video-playing capabilities on the computer is crashed currently so don't see it yet but since you mentioned "huge" in your post, just curious if the dog you refer to was a Great Dane?

At the store where I used to work one of the regular customrers was alittle girl and her family. The little girl was maybe between 9 and 12 and used a chair, she had a service dog puppy in training who was with her in the store. When he was smaller he sat in her lap and rode along but it was cool to watch him grow and learn more about his duties, as she came routinely into the store. When I left work there I think he was maybe a young adolescent <dog>.
Think he was a Golden pup.
 
I'm going to have my computer programmer husband fix the issue later and thten I can hopefully see it :)

I saw both videos, how wonderful:D I'd heard of Parkinson walker Danes before but didn't know about the woman with service dog program in MI, or about the particular situation of the little girl.
Just beautiful...I'm going to send to some people!

This dog was trained no far from where I live. I would love to have balance/hearing dog . I keep getting dizzy spells and could use 3 balance dogs one both sides of me and one in back . :giggle: I hope I am not getting vertigo again.

I went on the Service Dog Project website and they had some great photos and information. I loved all the puppy pictures. there were other stories of people who had these dogs and more on the little girl and her dog whose link you had given us in an earlier post.

3 Danes makes a great Great Dane snuggle!
Maybe someday you could consider a dog from this project-

Yeah that would great to have right now b/c it's so :cold: out. I will have to check the web site too.
