Hey guys & gals!!! My mother has recovered so well from her 3 surgeries and time in the nursing home, that after 1 more minor surgery (skin graft) she gets to come home from the nursing home on Monday. She spent a month in the hospital and the last 2 weeks recovering in the nursing home. She had to learn how to walk again. I am so happy she's coming home again. We've really missed her and I can stop going to the nursing home twice a day visiting. 50 miles a day. Yucko!!

I'm glad your mother's alright. My mother died when I was 18, she suffered for more than 20 years of sickness(dunno what it's called) She was in a hospital many times. The last time she was in the hospital she stayed there for more than 2 months and survived. Later after a year she went back and just about she was getting home for her birthday a day later, but unfortunately she died a sudden death a day before her birthday.
