Would you want to be the boss at work?

Do you think you'd be a better supervisor or manager than the folks you report to?

What would you do differently in your role like professional bourdaries between friendship and professional job?

What is your role to treat to your colleagues if they select you to become a supervisor or manager? strict, softly hearted or dismiss to your colleagues if he/she make a mistake, poor attendance or wrong performance ?

I've been a supervisor before. I worked as a supervisor for UPS's Oakhaven hub for 4 months, before becoming a relay operator. It was a lot tougher job than I had anticipated. You don't realize the difficult time your employees will give you and the new amount of responsbility you're faced with. As for being a supervisor in my current job, I don't think I could handle it. Far much more at stake, and too many politics for me to want to entangle myself in.

yeah I think I can handle that...

I know I got hearing problem and hard time speaking...

But I am tough.

I would love to tell people what to do, fired them, hired all cute men :naughty: ,
and stuff like that... :P

And and and have birthday party for employees...
and let the customers join too.

:ily:

......and file for bankruptcy after da party.

I experienced it because the requirement for being supervisor is extremely communicated. To me is to "FORGET IT."
