WHy cannot Paul go to Los Angeles??

Legally, you cannot block Paul from going to Los Angeles. I would prefer that Paul does not go to Los Angeles. I wish Paul would go to Bulls. However, what is the league doing? Are they blocking Paul from going to Los Angeles because of their jealousy of Lakers?

I would understand that you don't have the backing of one owner. You've to get the backing of majority of the owners. Still............
