NHL's discussing about the "icing" rule to be change to touching within backboard line then icing...rather than defensmen and winger to chase all the to the end like this video....as try to save them from being injury. Just thinking thgat like football's rule - one step to hit QB when QB relaase the ball or not hit below knee.
Nowdays, pro sport got bigger and strong...I would bet today players would whipping old timer players!
