Where are the best deaf clubs in America?

Yeah, too much rain in Seattle!! The best Deaf Clubs are not the one that has most people. The best Deaf Clubs are the ones that have people that wants to be your friends. Quality over Quantity.
I've found that Deaf Clubs those days have more ASL students than before. That is fine. ASL or no, I feel that I learn things from other people.
I've found deaf people in Grand Rapids Michigan to be fairly friendly. I don't think it matters where you are. Find areas with a healthy deaf/Deaf population and you should be able to make friends.
