Today I went to the Starbuck unit and stood behind a few customers in front of the cashier. Not very busy at that moment, one of the coffee bartender yelled the old lady in front of me what she likes to order. She barked right back. The coffee bartender produced the right beverage and yelled at me while I was browsing the menu. Of course, I could sense but my eyes did not move. The head of the old lady moved directly to me, and she almost planned to let me know. Yet, she did not.
Finally the first customer paid and left, and the old nice lady approached the cashier. The same coffee bartender forwarded to the casher and asked me for the drink. I gestured for the paper and note. Her facial expression was a little bit shocked and quickly gave me a pen and pad.
I wrote and handed her for the order.
That's not nice to yell.
Venti.
Frapp.
Coffee.
I enjoyed observing her facial expression.
:-o
