Think Im going to walk away from the house and just take the apartment, sell everything I own basically ( tools, ect...) just keep basic stuff.
Raise my son and live a simple life. Im done with the BS !

Seems about right. You never seemed happy with your wife. I've been and out of 2 of them. Never ever any fun

this will be my 3rd... never again ! They can come and go as they please now, take my doorbell off and put a take a number up !

:hmm:...The way you're feeling today...or at the moment...might not be the way you're feeling tomorrow....And snap decisions don't always pan out....But anyhow...wishing you the best of luck in whatever you do decide to do.

Take your time with this decision, but I know what you mean. Best Wishes!!

You mean the house you bought and owe money to the bank and a contractor on?

You have very little in life now, but it can get worse. They can garnish your disability, and then you will have nothing and be even poorer.

Better to continue with the house until you can resell for even a small profit, and then drop out of life if that is what you really want.

My advice would be to also see a psychiatrist to get help first.

Nope, The contractor still hasn't done anything, just called him today to cancel everything and get a refund minus whatever labor charges rightfully due. everything else, already researched... Im done, start with a clean slate.

Ok, just talked to the contractor... he is in a similar situation (divorcing as well)
He is willing to help me get things done so I can get moved in, he knows Im stressed out and all. So, looks like the house will be staying with me after all. I wish things would go smoother, I guess it will all get better in the long run once I am in my own place where my son and I will be happy with all the freedom to play, sit back and relax, have friends and family over... the good life is ahead, just tired of waiting...lol

Wow!...one way then the next few minutes...you're thinking another way....Do feel some meds would do you good...level you out somewhat, Sono.....plus ur temper....

Nothing to do with meds, yes I have a temper recently because of all the BS...
Told the contractor to go ahead and finnish the wall if he can get it done this week. Reason said is, a good friend of mine knows whats going on here and His boss is interested in buying the house from he ( guy has money ) so I will sell it if the price is right and be done with it. Yes, im all over the place because Im alone in this struggle trying to make ends meet... sometimes things don't make sense on here I know but if you knew me in person you would understand. Im just tird of all the drama here.

A friend posted this.... id have to agree
Warning, this is a little sick and twisted, and it might not be for the faint of heart.

A cat was chasing a mouse all over the field.

The mouse was quickly tiring, so he darted across the railroad tracks.

The cat quickly followed, but didn't see the train that was barreling down the track headed right for him. This happened right at a road crossing, the cat made it across, almost. The tip of his tail was sliced off cleanly by the passing train.

The cat rolled around on the road, screaming and carrying on about how his tail was hurting. About this time along came a truck. The truck driver was busy talking on his cell phone, so he didn't see the cat. The bumper of the truck hit the cat in the head, cleanly decapitating the cat... meanwhile the mouse ran away happily in the field beyond the tracks.

The moral of this sad story.

Don't lose your head over a piece of tail you once had!

Hope everything works out. Best of luck.

after much debating and pondering back and forth with myself and a friend, I've decided to stick it out and finish the house. I figured get it to pass an occupancy permit and move in .... Then I can relax and finish the work while staying there. Contractors are continuing today and hope to finnish the wall this week.

If nothing else, you would always buy a car, add turbo or supercharger, and then show off the whole world!!!

Well, I do plan on getting a 1930-1950ish truck to turn into a show n go, but the house comes first then I need to build a garage, looking to do a 3 or 4 bay pole barn maybe, cheaper.
