I learned a neighbor had her dog impounded by Animal Control today. The dog is now labeled as vicious and may possible be put to sleep. Seems, this dog who is all of 1 year old, dug her way under the fence and proceeded to maul and kill another neighbor's dog. Never mind the fact that the other neighbor never keeps an eye on their pets and generally has 4 or 5 dogs running loose.
