as far as I'm concerned.... your brother did technically commit crime. and how many times is your dad going to continue "cleaning" up his record?

I don't know if you realized it yet or not but your "motherly instinct" is not helping him at all. Think logic for once. If you strongly believe your brother would benefit more from prison than military, then good luck to your brother
