Ok, I have been eatting away at this question for almost nine ten months now.

Is there anyway that this could be medical?
I was 107 pounds, and now I am anywhere between 121-128.
Not good for me in my case. I am tiny, very small boned.
Weight does NOT look good on me. Not on my lil body.

Certain amount of weight, if I can put atleast 113 that is great.
I lost weight over the week I was down to 121 but it keeps
changing. 124-128...
Just so damn frustrating.
I am drinking tons of water.

I am reading a good book right now. I need to get a medicine ball and excerise ball. So I can maybe do the workout at home.

I know when I see my cardio he is FOR SURE going to tell me I need
to take the weight off.

I almost concerned that I could be diabetic or something.
With all the weight out of no where.

Anyhow if anyone has any ideas let me know.
Love you all, Heart2Sigh

 Depending on your age Heart2Sign, after 30, things starts to slow up, like our metabolism and energy, so it's harder to lose weight and easy to gain it. It also could be from "cabin fever" in the winter, when we can't go out and do the things we like to do cuz it's so cold. Now, that the weather is nicer, start walking, keep drinking that water. It will come off, don't worry, just be patient with your body right now and hang in there!!! Good luck!!

I think I maybe going through early menopause. I am only 25.
Going to be 26 this year.

But really some of my eatting patterns haven't changed.
I guess, I will just have to be consistant and work hard at it.
Arugh, I hate that. I have never had to work hard at staying
and keeping fit.

Oh well, first time for everything. Right?

That could be it too. If you are going through early menopause, that will put the weight on, but, it's uncontrollable until your body comes to accept it. You will do fine, you have good ideas on how to lose the weight and keep it off. Good luck!!!

Some of the lowest carb veggies are broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus, celery, cucumber, lettuce, radishes and spinach. You can eat all vegetables in moderation, but stay away from corn, peas and potatoes! Avoid to eat pasta, bread, rice, carrots

It is very hard on me too to eatting lowest carb food for few days. I am eatting oatmeal everyday and granny smith apple. I hardly find a time to do excerise everyday. I always work. :(

I hear ya, I have this book called 8 Mins a day to a Flatter Belly.
It apparently works. I have done a lot of reading and even researching
the internet. He knows his "medical reasons for why he suggestions" doing things his way.

Talks about how lack of sleep can hinder repairing your muscles.
He also talks about how many people just work on their abs and
at times don't get results because they need to work on their entire
body. Upper, lower and etc.

Too bad I left it in the van...
hub has it.

I should give you the name of it. But yea, only 8 mins a day.
Which is perfect because I have kids. Not like I have all the time
in the world to be running to a gym anyways. Hub goes to work,
we only have the van.

All you need is a medicine ball and excerising ball for equipment.
His book uses walls, chairs, you can even do some of the excerise in
your bed! LOL.

This week that is when I dropped to 121.
From weighing 128 days before.

I guess I am going to accept that life is no longer going to be the same.
It's a lifestyle change...

check with ur doctor about ur change of pattern as (menopause). Actually I have very difficult to lose weigh since both preggy. I had recently baby from Feb. I lost alots weigh afterward. I'm still losing. One thing, I'm still not reach my limit of weigh for so long time since first preggy. One thing, I'm not overweight, and just chubby. I notice alots ladies have hard time to lose weigh due from preggy. Which is normal.

My first preggy, it been hardest part for me to lose weigh, its alike so slowly to decrease. But my second preggy, its rapid to lose, thats weird. I suggest, you to see ur doctor. about early menopause. Hopefully its gone to be healthy. Don't feel bad, everyone has same problem as you.

Honey, I know exactly how you feel... I am going through exactly what you are going through...

Ive been on medication for 3 years...I have been constantly adjusted several different medications that didnt fit for me...finally, I have the right medication for me for a year now...anyway...

A year and half ago...I weight 135 then since last year til now I weight 180!!! because of medication...

The doctor told me to be patience until my body system get used to the medication then I will be able to lose weight...that is how it works...sucks isnt it?

So, now I am able to lose weight little by little...now I weight 175 so I understand how you feel...

Like I suggested in another thread, 5 min. of exercise a day four
times a day will give your metabolism the boost it needs, if
you have children play ring around the rosy or dance with them
to their favorite tunes, take a five minute power walk to elevate your heart rate. I lost 100 pounds last year, doing these things worked for me.

Another suggestion, for better support you might consider becoming
a member of a weight loss forum such as Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers,
I myself joined the Jenny Craig forum at no cost, problem is though
that I myself don't get much out of it because when I go there I feel
surrounded by people who have not yet changed the way they think
about food.

Me, I don't ever want to go back to being the way I was
because I was absolutely miserable, right now the only thing
on my mind is changing me and being around people who are
not at the stage I have progressed to just does not help me in any way
because I'm ready to move on and the leave the person I was behind.

I know alot of people that would like me to help them lose weight
problem is these people only want to make a five minute effort once a week and that there just isn't going to work, I'd love though a buddy who cared enough to want to make a difference in their life, me, I've only 4 sizes to lose
before I reach my goal weight and since I can easily take off ten pounds a month that wont be a problem for me.

The only problem I've encountered is not having any clothes to wear when
I go to losing the weight, so I had to put a halt to my diet because I
literally ran out of clothes.

I noted something mentioned about someones medication preventing
weight loss, I've been on tegretol since birth and it prevents weight loss
and I tried every other brand of seizure medication out there and had
bad reactions to most so had to switch back so completely understand the struggle one has to go through because of that.

There is no such thing as weight gain for no reason. There are only a few things that cause weight gain - increased calorie intake, decreased calorie burn, decreased metabolism or a medical condition.

You will find almost any reputable weight loss program suggests you see a doctor first before starting a diet or exercise program. There are many good programs out there, but you want your doctor to rule out thyroid problems, gall bladder, etc. first. Don't you have a heart condition? You REALLY want to see a doctor before you do anything.

Excerise or using food management, either one will work as I believe.

I know it is not easy unless you try. :fingersx:

I had my weight gain for no reason 5 years ago. I went to see my Dr about it and he checked me out. He notice one side of my neck was swollen and told me I have thyroid problem. Now I takes a pill everyday for the rest of my life.

Heart2sign, maybe you should go to your Dr and explain to him about your weight gain. He will check you out. It could be your thyroid. :dunno:

Right, It is important to see doctor if a person is struggling with the diet plan or having a health problem. Sure, doctor can help with that too.

It is too early for menopause.
It is possible your hormones are screw up right now. I gained 30 lbs in one month when my menses stopped atlhough at age 36. I thought I went thru early menopause till gyn dr found out my body produce too much prolactin hormone in my blood. I am taking medicine to control it and bring it back to normal level. I try to lose those stubborn weight back to my old weight. Not easy.

I have to eat in very small portions, I don't blend my food but
if you were to take what I eat in one day and measure it
in a measuring cup it would equal about 3-4 cups in liquid form.

I found out I have food allergies to sodium and lactose and fatty foods do not agree with my collitis, I can relate to the unexplained weight gain though, food that contains sodium makes me bloat so bad that by the next day I cannot even button my denim.

I used to have that problems, I thought something is wrong with me and been gained alot of weight. Cannot find what's wrong with me until recently in 2005, I found out something is wrong with me. I have Insulin, too much to making Insulin in my blood, it could cause dibaetic(sp) and etc like that. But now I have medicine to keeping insulin to stay stable and keep myself to stay weight and won't let me gain anything if I excrise and eat right healthy then I could stay weight or lost some of weight. I hope it's help
