Ways to cook Grouper.

Went fishing last weekend and I caught two Red Grouper and my boyfriend caught one. So in all we brought home enough Grouper to feed an Army. I am seeking new ways to cook Grouper. Any ideas?

Tonight, I will attempt to cook Grouper Chowder. Hopefully it will turn out like my Mom cooks it.

I was totally satisfied on how the Grouper chowder turned out. It was yummy!!
Tomorrow I will try the stingray. Still have not decided on how I want to fix it yet.

Do you search for recipes online? I LOVE finding new things.

I usually just broil or grill seafood, sometimes bake it. Here's a basic recipe for stingray that sounds like something I would do.

I love broiled or grilled groupers. I even like it fried in seafood batter or beer batter. I have made tomatoe basil grouper before too. I just love learning news ways to cook grouper since I do fish for them and bring them home over the summer. Thanks, Beachgirl.
