So I was talking with a trumpet player before marching band practise today. He says something as the drum major walks up. I totally misunderstood him and started freaking out. "Oh my gosh you drugged the freaking field commander?!" D.M. stares at me awkwardly and trumpet kid writes on the board,"no silly i said he looks a bit groggy!" "Oh."
Earlier in band the girl above me( chair placement) called me a not-so-nice name and i heard it as "go fish" so i pull a deck of cards out of my book bag and say, "Sure why not?"
my bf couldn't stop laughing when i told him about these two incidents and looking back they kinda crack me up too.
