It's possible Texas Instruments Incorporated made vp200 for Sorenson. And the manufacturing in South Korea.

Crack open it's case and look what chipset it uses (don't pry it with force. If it doesn't open after unscrew 4 bolts, Try old Credit Card and slip in between shell crack and slide around to pop the latch inside of it. Then open VERY carefully cuz some small parts fall out like LED bezel, Camera ect. Be sure to remember EACH parts where it belongs before you open fully. In that way you can put it all back in and it should snap back in easily). I betcha you'll know what chipset it uses. VP100 use Dlink/Sorenson branded chipset. I don't have VP200 yet Grr!!

So its an OEM. I wonder if D-Link or others can sell VP-200 based videophone equipment.

DVC1000 = VP100

I wonder whats in store for D-Link or other manufacturers?
