I clicked the link you provided then clicked the link to some of the threads you've participated in, I think it's funny that the top thread is one you started to find out how to cancel your vonage account.

I also noticed that Vonage customers can use 511. It turns out Packet8 users can't.. I've never had the desire to use 511 before so I hadn't tried it until today. so, you can call 511 with Vonage (but not 711) and you can call 711 with packet8 but not 511.

The "forum member of the week" happens at the time of my posting in here. So once after that, I'm back as a normal member of the Vonage forum.

I kind of forgot to explain this since I didn't wanted my thread digging up from the pages after pages of threads deep within...
