video chat for deaf?

hi people...i see some other deaf website they had very fast video chat...make with flash mx.... anyone here know how to make video chat room?

there's Camfrog where you can have a video chat with up to 100 cams... (the more the slower cam is so have few of them)

Looks like deafcam.com is still under the development
even with this new year 2005.

Wonder if anyone else might have any other preference ?
