VCO and Cell Phones

With all the new Smart Phones coming out, are there any phones capable of Voice Carry Over (VCO) without having to carry a TTY around? I understand the Apple iPhone3 is VCO compatible. Is it hard to use? I would appreciate any feedback people can give me on how Oral Deaf people make VCO cell phone calls. I would appreciate your experiences and your friends experiences with VCO cell phones. Thank you!
