This is how the US Air Force deals with trolls, ragers, ranters, and plethora of internet personas alike, professionally.
I'd thought it could go in the joke section but it's not a joke.. They really use this! Search on their www.af.mil site and you will find it somewhere.
It is way too complex at a first glance to write a description that follows the chart in text format, but if requested then I will take the time to do it.
