Turtle Beach Video Advantage USB 2.0

I am having trouble to keep a hold of closed caption in Turtle Beach Video Advantage USB 2.0 from VCR. Is there anyone out there who had experience with this software that could help me out??

I found a website that said that it should retain closed caption. Go down to the last question. Here is the link:

I see closed caption on TV (using the vcr) but not on computer.

obviously that turtle device doesnt have built in CC.

there are other better than that. i have my own viewsonic nextvision 5 that has built in CC. i got it from ebay.com and it works greatly on monitor or projector with vcr and dvd player. also there are ATI all in wonder cards that come with built in CC.

i believe that kim wants to watch the video tape on LCD from VCR, not tv.
