What do you feel is the best way to communicate with individuals that are not hearing impaired. I am training for a job with an individual from another state in an in-home business and I am trying to figure out other than MSN Messenger how to do this? Help!

Do you have a phone number or an email address for them? Usually there'll be more information in their MSN profile.
