So last night over here in California we had some crazy thunderstorms. Normally I can't hear them, can't even hear rain unless MAYBE I'm inside a car or I'm walking outside lol.
Well, last night I was talking with my girlfriend she made the comment that the thunder was really going on tonight, I just shrugged and continued on with our conversation because I didn't hear it. Then a bit later it was so loud the apartment was shaking, window rattling and I unexpectedly heard the loud boom.
My eyes were like this
I about jumped into my girlfriend's lap. Then she died of laughter when we playfully argued about me being afraid of thunder...
which is not true... I was simply startled
