Guys, just curious , how important is to you a girl keeps herself together? Do you like the way she sweeps her hair? Do you like how she dresses? Is her getting dolled up for you on a scale 1-10 rate how important it is to you 1 being the least not important and 10 very important.
This is just for fun, girls take it lightly!

well, id pick a natural beauty first time, so that, it doesnt matter which way she comb, brush her hair, or uses eye shadows or lash brushes...

so..id avoid a woman who HAS to do make up to look even half good, forget it, like if she gets shity then its so bad to look at her...

as for men, Im so incrediblly handsome that i DONT have to shave or use my comb to look good any time

I would rather have woman help add turbo to engine over combing hair to look good.

If she has just had an earthshattering mindblowing orgasm just a little while ago and I was the guy that caused it - That Look

doesn't require much makeup or fancy clothes

That a woman cares about her appearance is about 7.5 - 8 to me. It's a quality that I find very attractive. What this means is that she looks equally good in all situations from wearing sweats on the couch; to working out at the gym; to going out for a night on the town. It means she cares about herself and would care about her boyfriend as well.

However, I don't expect it 24/7, when you are with someone you see all sides of them. There is a lot of work that goes into it and it is really a lifestyle/personality thing. Most guys don't understand this and wonder why women spend a lot of time in the bathroom.

I go more for girly type women than the, "one of the guys" type girl. If you look at the football fans who are women, there are two types and I go for the one that looks hot.

let's put it this way - if a girl is putting that much effort on herself for guy.... then I feel sorry for her.

It's for fun, bec I interpret cosmetology and I see the background work that goes behind it. The students work very hard to enhance someone's appearance not just for a guy. It's to help someone feel good :)

I agree with this..

Yes. I just thought with all this hard work put into this why not ask guys if any dolled up girl catches their eye:)

Works for me... And, I can tell you we appreciate it.

Edit: I spent $200 to get my ex-girlfriend's a full highlight. You can be sure I understand how much goes into it.

Yes, that's very true. Services to help someone feel good cost money. It's worth it! It helped your ex feel good and for you to enjoy ;)

yes it is good that both guys and girls put some effort in being presentable but it's not healthy to put in that much work with because of fear in the back of the head that nobody will like you if you don't put on, say... lipstick or some make-up.

I know a couple of friends who wake up early because it takes them at least 2 hours to get "ready". they do this everyday. they get absolutely horrified at the thought of not putting on some make-up after waking up to greet friends.

seriously?

Thank you. Again, some men don't realize what women go through, and that it's not all for them.

truth haha. And Jiro that's ridiculous 2 hours, but not surprising either :(

I don't care about make-up (I dislike it) or hours spent primping. Be a nice fun person and people will like you. If you don't want to spend hours of maintenance on hair then cut it so you don't need to. Short hair on a girl is very sexy, but she needs the fun personality to catch attention.

Just bathe, please? Clean your body, clean your clothes, and be a nice person. Those are the important things, spending hours smearing chemicals on your face is secondary.

it's fine that a girl takes 30 min to get ready on everyday basis and about 1-2 hr for "dressing up" day but about 2 hrs everyday? even on "bum day"? c'mon.....

too much baggage.

I spend about 4 hours a day to look good. I am too scared to out outside without make up.

Just kidding. I do try to keep up with my appearances and take care of myself but I am not obsessed with having the perfect look day in day out. I don't have the energy for it! Lol
