Hi everyone,

There's a local "classic" restaurant here in my area that serves a dessert called Tapioca Royale. It's made by alternating several layers of tapioca pudding with several layers of strawberries and topping it all off with some whipped cream.

If you've never had this before, I suggest you try it. It's delicious and so easy to make! :)
 
It would be ok with chocolate or vanilla, but tapioca is little round jelly like things.

It literally makes me gag.:hmm:

I actually think tapioca is quite good. I can't stand vanilla pudding though. It's too sweet for my taste.

As for chocolate and strawberries, that sounds good. I'll have to try that sometime. :)
 
I really love vanilla with tapioca, but with the strawberries, I gotta try that! :)
