Does anyone know of a good beginners, or any level for that matter, Tai Chi DVD that is close captioned? I am currently using a Dr. Paul Lam DVD and book but figuring it out is driving me nuts. 
Not to mention those long places where he talks and explains it all and I have no idea what he's talking about. Have searched the web and bookstores without any luck.
Just thought I'd put the question out there and see if anyone could help.
