Suggestions on how to adjust to new settings on hearing aids?

Just found out that my hearing aids need to be set correctly to my loss after it being wrong for 15 yrs. It is a huge change. I like my high's and not much low's. This setting includes a lot of low's ( which make me feel kind of sick).
Any suggestions? or should I tell my audi to keep it where I can function?

You can turn the volume up or down or call if your HA was programed on your audi computer should go back have them adjust the setting for you. This what I have to do with my HA it set up on my audi computer , I can made turn the volume up or down but if my hearing is getting worst my audi can reset it for me
