Street collapses in Baltimore, washing away cars

I saw that on the news tonight and the insurance will not cover the lost of the cars b/c it was as an 'Act of God' .

Does car insurance cover flood damage?

I think that would depend on what cause the flood. I may be wrong but I think if a water main broke and it flooded the streets and cars your car insurance will cover it. I saw a guy on the news tonight say his auto insurance will not cover the lost of his car b/c he lost is in this flood which
is an "Act of God" , that was the guy words . I think this suck that insurance companies can get off not covering a lost of a car b/c Mother Nature was a the cause of the flood.

There's a price for everything; one can get flood insurance....

That is only about 20 mins from where I live. I swear the rain yesterday was unbelievable The weird thing about the storms were that it was all rain ...no winds. Just epic rain.

Some places got one month of rain in one day. That is a lot water.
