Sprint will merge with Nextel -- what will happen to relay?

One part that worries me:

"Sprint, which will spin off its local phone business as part of the merger agreement..."

What's going to happen to other parts of Sprint or Nextel? Will Sprint drop relay and focus only on wireless phones? Or will the addition of Nextel add more power to relay and Sprint Nextel can KICK BUTT in the relay world?

Might want to find out soon because that may mean changes in VRS, internet relay, CapTel, etc.
 
Instead of getting all paranoid, hot and bothered about it, why don't you email Sprint or contact their Relay Customer Service and ASK????
 
I keep hearing that they can't tell me anything. Someone on here HAS to know what happens when companies merge.
