I have read studies about that 15 years ago and my personal trainer verified it. Need to take the time to eat so that way our brains can have the time to send the signals of feeling full. It takes about 20 mins.

However, there are times I eat like I have never been fed before due to some situations preventing me from being able to eat for a long period of time like being stuck in traffic, for one. Should start bringing a snack bar or something but I never remember to do that!
 
Reminds me of something that happened a long time ago..
I had just gotten married and was over to my in laws
for dinner one evening for the first time, i was shocked
to see that everybody in the family were fast eaters and
i was the last to finish. My mother in law said "You must
be the slow eater in your family" I said "yes".
:giggle:
 
Slow or fast, it all boils down to how much you stuffed your face with.
