Sharp pain in my Upper Ear

I am having this pain in my upper ear, It only hurts when I touch it, but since my ear itches a lot, I kind touch is alot. Also near the tiny nub on the ear, the skin there hurts too. My Jaw is fine but I think its the area where my jaw and ear are is the issue.

NO I dont have hearing aids, peiricigs, implants, and nothing like that.
