Seeking advice about alerting systems

Hi, I previously relied on the old, but reliable Watchman alerting system just for the telephone and doorbell for apartment-living, but now I am wanting to replace it with something new and updated.

I'm in search of an alerting system that will handle the doorbell, intercom (in case I am living in an apartment in the future--right now I live in a house), telephone, fire/smoke alarm, and burglar/security alarm.

In addition to the strobe light/flashing lamp alert I would like to get a vibrating pager that I can wear around the house when I am out of view from a strobe light/flashing lamp or even outside in the garden plus a vibrating alert for under the mattress/pillow.

I am also wondering if there's any alerting systems that will work even when the power goes out.
