School For Deaf Gets New Children's Village - Pittsburgh News Story - WTAE Pittsburgh
The grand opening of the Children's Village at the western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf was held on Friday.
The Children's Village is a new children's center located near the entrance of the school's 19-acre campus in Edgewood.
The village features colorful computer-equipped classrooms, an indoor play area packed with educational toys, a landscaped "quiet garden," a new playground and an outdoor miniature city.
