deaf /Hoh People avoid to SPARC, I know SPARC is very careful, deaf people not trust to SPARC,


that is easy caught to ban sign language ASL! !


I encourage to ASL deaf /hoh people worth development deaf community...

I wonder RJB school shut down is 1991 is deaf school

I think so SPARC argue to school to ASL

deaf people protect to SPARC reason, people didn't have never learn how sign language

i watched the vlog the wife was wondering as to why school is closed in 91. There must have reasons beside the economy problem. it is very possible.
