Putin said on the news tonight that ring was given to him as a gift. I wonder if this was being filmed when it happen as someone is lying or confuse about the ring.

Maybe the translator was drunk and got confuse . My dad was Russia and he drank Smirnoff vodka 90 proof and he got drunk after 2 big shot of it.
