I did a mixture of baby spinach with ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese -- stuffed them into cannolli tubes and baked them until they were moist and cooked.e said:I'm a ricotta cheese-o-manic. Sometimes I'd buy it to eat it with a spoon.
And for dessert, I'd mix it with powder sugar and a couple drops of vanilla, just tastes alot alike cannoli.
