Reward offered in Pasco home invasion of elderly, deaf couple - Crime News - Tampa Bays Local News

There is now a $1,000 reward for leads to the identification and arrest of suspects in the Pasco County home invasion of an elderly deaf couple.

Pasco deputies say 86-year-old Ralph Prezioso answered a knock at his door last Thursday night.

Two people with guns taped Ralph and his 77-year-old wife, Virginia, up and then stole cash and jewelry.

Neighbors believe they may have been targeted because of their disability.

One suspect is described as a white male, 20 - 25 years of age, 5'11" - 6'1" tall, approximately 180 lbs, brown eyes and short brown hair.

The other suspect, whose face was covered during the robbery, is described as a white male, 20-25 years of age, brown eyes, 5'3" - 5'5" tall with a stocky to heavy build.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS(8477). Reports can also be left anonymously online at Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay.
