5 years ago I sold one of my trucks to my son in law, 2 years later the motor blew a head gasket and sat 3 years since. I recently got it back since my truck was totaled 2 years ago when I was rear ended, so this had become a project that I started 2 weeks ago.
Tearing it down was slow due to marking every plug , wire and vacuum line, pulling apart one piece at a time. This is different than most engines I have built before because its overhead cams and has 3 timing chains.... But finally got the head gaskets changed and going back together now, just waiting on new chain guides to come in since one broke.

Always enjoyed building Chevy 350s but these Dodge 4.7 sucks !
