Question about Video Relay services online ?? (help)

Hi Everyone ...

I am trying to help a friend get set up with computers for video relay.

The friend is both oral and ASL fluent. He would like to be able to make calls with his voice sometimes and with sign sometimes.

So he has a webcam, and a microphone. The two are plugged in to his computer. He does not have a phone that a relay service can call to use VCO.

What can we do so we can get him to use VCO on his computer with a video relay provider?

Any help is greatly appreciated!! I know very little about these things. ;)

I work for Purple (HOVRS). I can help your friend about video relay and text relay. I will discuss with you soon.
 
you rock- for VCO - you need a regular phone. just ask the terp for VCO and give vco number for them to call. you can download p3 from hovrs website if you are computer savvy, no need to have techician to help. just have webcam drivers installed first and download p3.
