Possible to connect a webcam to Sorenson?

Does anyone know if it is at all possible to connect a webcam to call a sorenson VP or dlink VP? I am hearing, but want to be able to connect over the webcam to friends with a VP without buying a dlink VP if possible.
 
U can use viable to call people who have Sorenson VPs using your webcam. It is free...

Just download it and ask your deaf friends what their public ip addresses are since their VP numbers wont work and presto!
