I'm trying to get the word out about this new service available called PhoneCaption.
The latest voice-recognition technology is paired with specially trained operators who provide a transcription of what is being said in captions on an internet-linked computer screen for the hard of hearing. It's federally funded, so there's no cost to use.

So basically the same as webcaptel? How is the speed and accuracy? I won't even use Hamilton webcaptel anymore because of how lousy the operators are. Still have to try Sprint's webcaptel, which people say is pretty good.
