One day you received your mortgage statement showing your balance has increased several hundred, you panic because you cannot afford this huge jump of increase monthly. You send what you can afford but lender says you are behind. You do not know what to do next.

First step, call your lender to see if they can modify the loan. Most of the time they will modify the loan to keep you from becoming foreclosure.

If lender decline modify loan after several calls. Then contact your mortgage banker or broker to see if they have FHA Secured Loan.

You can contact bank or broker to see if they have FHA secured loan. This is designed for people who learned that their mortgage monthly payment skyrocket due to interest rate increased from ARMS. Please contact your mortgage banker or broker to see if this is your best option.

If you do not qualify for this loan, then consider three options. Sell or bear with payment until you qualify. Or call 1-888-995-HOPE or visit the website Homeownership Preservation Foundation (www 995hope com).

Good topics.

The other thing I noticed was that there is no mention of First Time Home buyer's--what to expect? Another topic is Rural Programs as there are programs from the federal government to assist people in buying a house in the rural areas.

What to look for when buying a house, inspection, radon-testing, etc, etc.

Amazing I had a friend that was excited about a house that he was wanting to purchase and took me to show it.

When I saw it--my first thought was--"How cute." Of course upon closer look of the house--I saw so many things wrong with it that he didn't realize that he was in the process of buying a "money-pit".

It's one thing to remodel a house but when you have to replace a foundation.......

You could write in your blog with easy information for first time buyers. It can be written very simple in English like children language. Many deaf people that I know are not familiar with a mortgage. There are so many things that we have to know. I can't catch up everything because we don't trust many bank agents that could trick us to get a loan. I am sorry to say that you work for a bank so it's your choice to help deaf people if that what you want.

It would be a good idea for you to write down the examples with very short stories of how to get started. There are thousands of websites on the google, and I don't like it. I personally do not give a damn about the credit points because it makes me think that it's high school grades. Maybe, you could talk about the "affluenza" issue in some ways. Also, I suggest you to tell us about Pros and Cons.

I remember a hearing man said that he knows it all, and he knows the bank term words. He knows everything, but later he lost his house. I didn't say a word about it, and I thought that he was so smart. Oh, well!

By the way, I saw the hearing man at the grocery store yesterday. I was surprised to see him since spring. He looked happy now. He told me that he was divorced and forced to sell his house. He visited his old friends in my town. That's about it.
