I want to sign the petition to let her out from the jail, but where's the Petition? :(
 
Yep, that's right. He has no rights to ask the mother about her daughter. It will provoke her, because of that kind of question is not right to ask. He asked her the WRONG question. It makes the mother to think that it is okay to rape her daughter - that man was wrong and look what he gets. Tsk....

Mother is just like a mother bear would protect her little cub. Beware of mothers.

Understanding the nature of the crime and the mothers anger. She took the laws into her own hands.

If we were all allowed to do that. It would cause chaos!

Understanding the mother was mentally disturbed by this. What mother wouldn't?


There are laws and proper ways to handle things.

Two wrongs don't make a right.



I am not saying what this guy did by taunting the mother. but the mother as well had no right to take the laws in her own hands.
 
cool, daughter gets raped and then she kills the man. what's worse here, rape or murder? sure I can understand where the lady is coming from but shit, does the guy deserve to die for it? maybe so, but she should've let the law handle it. I would've just beat the shit outta the guy. since she was a lady, all she would've needed was a bat.
 
In America, no rapist allowed to see their victims even after their release from jail. It has been like that up here but why not down there? I think the law should have made prohibiting from sex offenders seeing their victims and relatives. Because this will trigger trauma, no question about it. There won't be excuse for anyone to do such retalition up here in America because the law will deal with the ex-convict, unfortunately there is no protection laws for victims down there.

I think this woman did right thing, throw in flame in express of anger for revisit the victim. This shows that the idea of raping one's child is NEVER ok, and don't ever dare to ask how is everything because this will send message as if nothing happens. WTF?

It is all about respecting and pay back.

This reminds me of a movie called "Sudden Impact".
 
Tough one. Though, as a mother of a daughter... I would have done the same thing. Well, maybe not with gasoline... Put yourself in her shoes. As a parent, you want to protect your children. She was unable to protect her daughter from the rape. She lives with the guilt, even though it was not her fault. Then this slimball is released on a 3 day furlow? Would never happen in the US.. Walks by the mother and taunts her? I could see that being the staw that broke the camels back. She probably had no idea what she was doing, in a rage of loathing and protecting her daughter.. Sad, very sad!
 
Personally I think that guy got off easy compared to what some of us would have done to him if he put his hands on our kids
 
He'd still be around if he hadn't opened his mouth. I hope the mother gets out of jail, I doubt anyone who has been raped or is the mother of a rape victim would have had the self-control to keep from doing what that mother did.
 
The mother will likely get a small amount of time in jail and on probation for the rest of her life I'm sure. The judge may be sympathetic but may have to punish her a minimum punishment in accordance to the law. If this was a jury case in America, the mother would likely not face any jail time but rather would be placed on probation for the remainder of her life.
