Hello people. I'd like to introduce myself-
My name is Michael, I'm deaf and communicate with ASL and I'm a Beachbody Coach. I use P90X and Insanity everyday to lose weight and gain muscle. I've lost 70 pounds so far in 5 months and I"m very excited with the progress I've made.
