Steel X, your kind of remark is EXACTLY the kind of problem she's been having to deal with in the U.S., and I think she's trying to show how different she is from that.
I don't know if you realize this, but it's not like her part of the family is even close with Osama's. Her father, and Osama don't even share the same mother.

I can't believe that people here are even so closed minded that they cannot believe that anyone even related to Osama Bin Laden could be:
a) Beautiful
b) Smart
c) NOT A TERRORIST!
This is a pure ratings stunt, but only because the rest of the U.S. thinks just like the 10 above posters (with the notable exception of Rose Immortal). They think she has to be ugly, mean, terrible, bad, and a terrorist. Open your minds, you morons.
She's smart (with a masters degree in law!), she's obviously beautiful (I don't tend to be attracted to people of Middle Eastern descent, but if I saw her on the street, I'd almost drooool) and she even has a best-seller writer for a mother.
Of course, now I'm going to be attacked as unpatriotic and labeled as a sand-negro lover. Neither is true, but hey, those people above didn't have anything better to say about Wafah herself and she's as American as they come.

Ya know, what she's doing is about as purely American as it gets--she saw a profit opportunity and went for it. I think the word for that is "entrepreneurship."
