oh dear, WHERE can I find...?

I live in Washington, DC and I've recently started looking for a job as a nanny. I'd love it if I found a Deaf family or family with deaf children so that communication wouldn't be an issue, but I have NO idea where to look! I've contacted the NAD and Gallaudet's community relations person, but no luck. I also posted an ad in the job fourms here at alldeaf a few hours ago, so I'm hoping that works out.

Can anybody help me? Any suggestions, organizations, courses of action, etc? Any and all help is appreciated!! Thank you!!
