Non Confrontational Approach to ADA Enforcement

Whilst people like me and my colleagues are still hot on the enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

I'm seeing big grants going to people and organizations using the non-confrontational approach to resolving ADA related disputes.

I'm not comfortable with trading my sword for one of them plastic inflatable boppers.

Well, what can you do?

Sometime you have to compromise to get what you want by using this method if needed.

I believe the non-confrontial approach is the best to use in many circumstance.
 
Tomorrow I'm dumping the $10,000 grant to try that and keep my sword.
