Hello. I'm originally from San Francisco. I was taking an ASL class for a semester and I really enjoyed myself. I want to become fluent in ASL and become a teacher one day. I moved to Chicago because I got into a grad school. I'm new in town and need some deaf friends that I can sign with and improve my sign. Anyone from Chicago have any suggestions for someone new in town that doesn't have a car?
I also wouldn't mind to skype with a deaf person even if they were not from Chicago. I need practice with someone fingerspelling towards me...thanks
