DHARMAPURI: The newly constructed classrooms, audio equipment room and furnished hostel buildings at the Rotary Vivekananda School for Deaf in Pidamaneri in Dharmapuri were declared open on Thursday.

Rotarty district governor Velayutha Ravindran presided over the function, while R Jagannathan welcomed the gathering. Chairman of the Rotary Vivekananda School for Deaf D N C Manivannan released the project report.

Dharmapuri Rotary president M Dhanapalan, secretary P Rathnam, coordinator R Jagannathan, mid-town Rotary secretary L Pradeep, P V Purushothamam, G Vasikaran, R Ketharnathan, M Natarajan and dignitaries from various wings participated.

Cultural programmes were performed by the students of the Rotary Vivekananda School for Deaf.
